- 2.Orders below INR 500 will incur a flat shipping fee of INR 50.
- 3.We aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours of receiving them.
- 4.Orders are typically delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
Exchange Policy:
- We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from City Professionals .
- 2.If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.
- 3.To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team via email or phone and provide your order details and reason for exchange.
- 4.We will provide you with the return address for the product(s) and request you to ship them back to us in their original packaging and with all tags intact.
- 5.Once we receive the product(s) and verify their condition, we will send you a replacement product(s) or issue a store credit.
- 6.Please note that we do not offer refunds for exchanged products.
